Last year you decided to get your picture taken by one of our trail cameras showing us we were #1. That picture went to myself, my husband and our two adult kids. A few texts went back and forth not completely understanding your actions. We were away from our house enjoying a day with family members. When we got back to our house, you decided to show up and start yelling and screaming at me and my husband, with our daughter and 2 year old granddaughter present. If I didn’t get between my husband and you, you were going to hit him. Our daughter was on the phone with 911. The police came and you refused to do a test to see if you were drunk (which you were). The police took you in the police car. Went to get your wife to get your truck. She made a comment that this was all over you call my husband a pussy. WOW was she wrong!! She left in the truck and got her car. Parked the car on the road by us while talking to the police she pushed/hit one. They took you to get your blood tested for alcohol. The next day I received a text from you, here is what it said: Good afternoon, I apologize for disturbing your saturday night. Please let your family know I’m very sorry for the trouble! I feel terrible and awful about acting like an idiot. Please accept my sadness and remorse. And if you guys want to talk about it please let me know. Thank you and enjoy your Sunday.

My response on Monday: Good morning XXXX,

Yes we would like to sit down and discuss this with you and your wife. We are not ready yet but maybe this weekend? Let me know your availability?

The following weekend I reached out to you. You and your family had family coming for your daughter’s wedding. I said enjoy and we can talk after/ whenever. That being said nothing ever happen, as far as us sitting down to talk. The week of September 25th I found out you went to one of the other neighbors before coming by us when the cops took you in. That neighbor told us you wanted my husband, me and our dog dead. This is a terrible thing to say to/about anyone!  You never reach out after that to talk.

A truck went through late on September 26,2023. We texted you and said we will take care of it. You felt the need to walk the tail. We were on our way back, stop to let you know it is all taken care of and you can go home. You texted to say it’s all good thanks for keeping the peace. Really? Us keeping the peace?  We didn’t do anything to you or your family.

Again You never reach out to talk.

You texted to see if it was ok to cut wood the day before deer hunting. Why? We can’t stop people doing what they need to do on their property.

Again You never reach out to talk.

You and a friend shot a deer, you had to come on our property (I have pictures) you never text us that this was being done.

Remember the right thing that should have been done, was to ask for permission to go on someone else property.

In February of 2024 I found out that you, your lawyer and the prosecutor could not come to an agreement (this is open to the public). I received a subpoena notice on March 27th to testify at your hearing May 1 2024.

May 1st we (my family and two neighbors) showed up for your court date. You or your lawyer decide to be no show. No call to the court system. To me this is disrespectful to our court system and very much a cowardly person.
